The service

bullpen.sale is sales software operated by RoseGlass. Your workspace uses it to make calls, send and receive texts, book meetings, and keep your CRM current. You are responsible for having the right to contact the people you contact through it and for complying with applicable law, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.

SMS program terms — RoseGlass sales texts

Program name: RoseGlass sales texts (bullpen.sale).

Description: Two-way conversational text messages between RoseGlass sales representatives (including our AI assistant, Rose) and people who have contacted us or agreed to be contacted — scheduling, follow-ups, and answers to questions — plus notifications to our own team members who register their mobile number.

How you opt in: by texting or calling our business number, by agreeing verbally on a call with our representative, or, for team members, by registering your mobile number in the app.

Message frequency: varies by conversation; typically a few messages per week while a conversation is active.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Accounts and billing

Phone numbers and usage are billed as shown at checkout; subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from Manage billing. Numbers are released at the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, RoseGlass is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
