What we collect

Account information you give us (name, email, phone number), business contact records your workspace connects from Salesforce, Google, or Gong, and communications that pass through the service: call recordings and transcripts, text messages, and emails, together with related metadata (numbers, timestamps, delivery status).

How we use it

To run the service for your workspace: place and receive calls and texts, book meetings, propose and apply updates to your CRM, and bill for usage. AI models process transcripts and messages to produce summaries and suggested updates for your team.

Text messaging (SMS)

Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for the RoseGlass / bullpen.sale messaging program are used only to send the messages described in our Terms. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to operate the service (telephony, cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processing), each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us; with the systems your workspace connects (for example Salesforce, at your direction); and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Data is kept for as long as your workspace is active and deleted on request or when the workspace closes. You can disconnect integrations at any time from Settings. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages.
