Bullpen pricing
Your reps' hours go to phone menus and hold music. Bullpen does that part, and charges $5 when a real person picks up.
No seats, no plans, no contract. Prepaid credits. Every new workspace starts with $10, and your first top-up can be as small as $20.
| What | Price |
|---|---|
| Human reached: a person bridged to your rep, or a knock that delivers its message | $5 each |
| Crew talk time (any AI call, in or out, once it connects) | $0.30 per minute |
| Phone number | $3 per month |
| Text message | $0.03 |
| Fax page | $0.25 |
| Herman, company brain, Social Intel, campaigns, API, CLI | included (fair use) |
No human, no $5. A run that ends in voicemail or a hold queue costs only its minutes.
How credits work
- Top up from $20 in Settings → Credits & billing. Card through Stripe, or your agent pays over MPP.
- Usage comes off the balance within minutes; every charge is listed in the ledger, and each box score shows whether it was a bridge or a knock.
- At $0, outbound calls, texts and faxes pause. Inbound calls are still answered.
- Committed tier: $500 a month buys $600 of credits each month. Cancel any time.
What you never pay for
- Calls that never connect (no answer, busy, failed).
- Seats. Add your whole team.
